Itinerary for Sakkara         full day

Starts at 8 am and ends in winter at 4pm and summer 5 pm

This tour for those who wish to see all the highlights of Sakkara 

and enough time at every site.

Our tour starts with a view of the maquette of the Djoser Complex and the Steppiramid.

We then continue to the Imhotep Museum, opened in 2006 and very interesting.

The main attraction at Sakkara is the Steppiramid and the surrounding area.

Before the lunch we have 2 Tombs of the Nobles near the piramid on the program.

We lunch near Sakkara, only 5 minutes driving.

After the lunch (about 1 hour) we drive back into the desert to the famous Serapeum.

One more Tomb of the Nobles near the Serapeum is the Tomb of Noble Ti.

This tour ends with the recently opened  so called New Kingdom Tombs

in the South area of  Sakkara.
